بوابة هذا البحث فُتحت عندما بدأت رحلتي إلى الهند، وتحديدًا قرية خيركي، حيث استكشفت تأثيرات التطور الاقتصادي والتبادل الثقافي على المجتمعات، مما دعاني للتعمق في حوار فني يعكس هذا التاريخ الغني. هذا الاستكشاف أثار لدي العديد من التساؤلات حول أولى طرق التجارة التاريخية. لقد شكلت طرق التجارة الإمبراطوريات وأثرت بشكل عميق على المجتمعات من خلال تسهيل تبادل الثروات والأفكار والثقافة، مما أثر على الحضارات عبر الزمن. على سبيل المثال، كان طريق الحرير معبراً للابتكارات الفنية والأدبية، مما أبرز الترابط بين تاريخ البشرية وتأثيره على المجتمعات المحلية. هذا العمل مستوحى من عمق من هذا الإرث، بشكل خاص كيف تم تحويل مسار *بنجاتنترا — كليلة ودمنة* بفضل ترجمة عبد الله بن المقفع. وكيف كانت ترجمته محطة مهمة في رحلة الكتاب عبر الثقافات والزمن، مما يبرز القوة الدائمة للغة العربية.

The gateway to this research opened when I began my journey to India, specifically to Khirki village, where I explored the effects of economic evolution and cultural exchange on communities. This led me to delve into an artistic dialogue that reflects this rich history. This exploration raised many questions for me about the earliest historical trade routes. Trade routes profoundly shaped empires and had a profound impact on communities by facilitating the exchange of wealth, ideas, and culture, influencing civilizations over time. For example, the Silk Road was a conduit for artistic and literary innovations, highlighting the interconnectedness of human history and its impact on local communities. This work is deeply inspired by this legacy, particularly in how *Panchatantra — Kalila wa Dimna* was transformed through Abdullah ibn al-Muqaffa’s translation. His translation was an important milestone in the book’s journey across cultures and time, showcasing the enduring power of the Arabic language.
